At senior levels, access to advice is rarely the binding constraint. Boards, counsel, operating teams, and outside advisers already provide informed views. AI is pushing that further, making analysis, synthesis, and option generation faster and more abundant while beginning to move from recommendation into execution.
The harder questions often sit upstream: how the situation is framed, what enters consideration, what is treated as evidence, which assumptions remain unexamined, what can responsibly be delegated, and where judgment still has to be exercised.
Decision coherence is the internal consistency of framing, evidence, and judgment — sustained as judgment moves into communication and action.

Engagements begin with a paid Audit: a bounded review of how consequential decisions are being made. It produces a written assessment of the patterns at work and a recommendation on whether deeper work is warranted and where it should focus.
Where deeper work follows, it addresses those patterns as they recur in consequential decisions and situations.

LOMARTA was founded by Harald Winkmann. His background includes Princeton, Stanford GSB, and the Boston Consulting Group, followed by twenty-two years at Microsoft. During his final six years there, he worked on productizing and commercializing frontier AI.
He has also advised founders and growth-stage companies, served on a venture investment committee, and trained as a coach through Co-Active.
The practice draws on sustained work across nine fields bearing on how consequential decisions get made — including decision science, epistemology, complexity science, and philosophy of mind.
